Micaela Morey is an actor, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist born and raised in Toronto, ON. She holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Toronto and a Diploma in Theatre Arts Performance from George Brown College.

From a young age, Micaela embraced acting and musicianship, influenced by her artistic family. She has performed as a musician internationally in Barcelona, Spain, Englewood, Florida, and Boston, Massachusetts. After graduating from U of T, she played in pit bands for musical theatre performances with esteemed companies such as YES Theatre in Sudbury, Ontario, and Hart House Theatre in Toronto, Ontario. She is a reed doubler specializing in Saxophone, Clarinet, and Flute, and is proficient in Guitar and Ukulele. Vocally, she can sing many different styles, including Musical Theatre, Jazz, Folk, and Classical. Micaela is also a singer/songwriter.

After a successful career in music and driven by a profound love for acting, Micaela returned to a formal education in theatre performance. She longed to develop her talent and join the incredible performers she has been playing behind for so long.

Most recently, Micaela was the Co-Artistic Director and General Manager of Pirate Life Theatre in the GTA, a not-for-profit and charitable organization promoting accessible interactive theatre for all. Micaela continues to work for Pirate Life managing smaller projects, as well as being the Manager of Performing Arts Education at Haois Singing and Music Theatre School. Micaela aims for a dynamic career that blends her theatrical talent and musical expertise, aiming to captivate audiences both on stage and screen.
